Since returning to sales James has sold over $12M in sales in the past 6 months with an average sales price over $2M. Although he specializes in luxury sales, he welcomes all types of home sellers and buyers and treats them all as though they are his only clients.
Previously, James was the Senior Executive Manager of Sales for the nation's largest brokerage. He worked with the top agents in Houston to ensure their business grew year-over-year and streamlined the process to ensure the agent was as productive as possible. As a Senior Executive Manager of Sales, he wants every agent to feel like he is there to solve problems, not create them.
As a Broker Associate before coming a Sales Manager in 2020, James sold over 16M in volume and completed over 50 transactions that year. Although he no longer represents clients directly, he looks forward to helping agents grow their business and supporting their clients during the process.
Previously, James was the Founder / Broker / Owner of his own firm. He grew the 2-year-old into the #1 single-office brokerage in League City (out of 61 brokerages) and #71 in the Houston metro (out of 4311 brokerages). He sold his office to take on the Sales Manager role, where he knew he could better support his client.
He brings a wealth of knowledge to the industry and his clients, having graduated from the University of North Texas with a Business Degree and from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School with his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree (Law Degree). In college, he focused on business and real estate. During law school, his concentration was in litigation and negotiations.
