I was born in New York City, the son of the renowned Casting Director Barbara Claman. Yes, I am a "Yankee" from NY, but everyone in Beaufort and the surrounding Sea Islands knows me as a converted Southerner with great connections up north. In my first act, I was in the health and racquet club business for over 40 years. As a tennis teaching professional, a health and racquet club owner, and a health club consultant. I learned nothing is more important than creating sincere relationships with your staff, members, and anyone who walks through the door. I bought the area's top boutique real estate agency in my current act. It was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. An agency small enough to care about you as a person, not just as a client. Large enough to give you the results you want.

I live in one of Beaufort's 60-plus Sea Islands. I love living in South Carolina's Low Country. The people are incredibly friendly, the beaches are great, and for you northerners, it's warm. Most of all, I enjoy my morning coffee, looking at a stunning sunrise. Then, I love sitting on my deck at night with an adult cocktail, watching the most spectacular sunsets.

There are 68 islands surrounding Beaufort, including Hunting Island, the Low Country's most beautiful public beach.
