My name is Scott. My partner Gary and I are currently with a national brokerage group.
We have worked as full-time Realtors in the Greater Portland Metro, Mt Hood Territory, and Central-Northern Coast since 2000 and 2002.
We also work in Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Lincoln, Marion, Polk, Tillamook, Washington, And Yamhill Counties. As you can see, we cover many parts of Oregon. We work closely with our buyers from offer to closing. Gary is present at inspections and tries to meet appraisers to answer any questions they might have. Gary is always present at the closing table.

With our seller clients, we ensure the price we come up with is accurate and acceptable to our clients. We provide cost sheets with every offer.
