About Troy

Troy has an architecture degree and began his career designing theme park attractions for Walt Disney Imagineering, developing multi-million dollar entertainment projects himself. While navigating through various creative companies, he also flipped several homes on the West Coast and in the Mid-West.

When Troy looks at properties, he visually edits them down to their simplest lines, allowing room for the inhabitant to imagine a functional and freeing expression of the lifestyle they hope to create. Troy is an associate member of Ashevilles chapter of American Institute of Architects and spends his time attending art openings, having lunch with architects, and visiting their projects.

Troy is involved in yoga and mens spiritual communities both in Asheville and abroad. He is currently looking for ways for both men and women to support each other with different co-housing opportunities, as part of his overall interest in working with developers to meet niche housing demands, such as aging in place and one level living.
