Prior to joining his office as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, he managed several brokerage offices in Brooklyn and Manhattan. It was his experience selling real estate in various markets that have contributed to his deep knowledge of every facet of a real estate transaction.
Allen launched his real estate sales career in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia in 2006 and then sharpened his sales and negotiation skills in the market of Washington, DC. It was a natural progression to return to his home of Manhattan and rise to the goal of becoming a successful sales agent that focuses his style on educating his clients. To that end, Allen helps sellers and buyers alike understand the why of each decision they need to make throughout the home-finding process.
Throughout his career, he has developed an invaluable baseline of market knowledge, as well as an in-depth understanding of neighborhoods throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. He works closely with every client, communicating on a regular basis to ensure they take full advantage of his extensive market knowledge and industry experience.
