Karen brings a wealth of real estate and investment expertise to the table, backed by a proven track record of success as the top-ranked Realtor in the Ithaca Board of Realtors. Karen has developed a reputation for delivering exceptional results while providing a seamless and personalized experience for her clients.

A graduate of Ithaca College (Class of 1994) with a degree in Physical Education, Karen excelled both academically and athletically. She earned All-American honors twice in field hockey and lacrosse, culminating in her induction into the Ithaca College Athletic Hall of Fame in 2000. Karen continued her leadership journey post-graduation, serving as the Head Womens Lacrosse and Field Hockey Coach at Hamilton College before returning to her alma mater to coach Ithacas Womens Lacrosse team for nine successful seasons.

In 2003, Karen expanded her skills into the world of real estate, establishing a family property rental business that has flourished to include Cayuga Lake vacation rentals, student housing, and single-family investment properties. Her passion for real estate grew, and in 2022 she founded her own team with the goal of redefining the buying and selling experience in the Ithaca market. Under her leadership, the team has grown to include ten dedicated agents and achieved over $60 million in sales in 2024.
