MA & NH Licensed Real Estate Agent for 13+ Years & Team Leader of CB | NEXTGEN Homes Group. Matthew has been in real estate his whole life. As a young person, his grandmother Paula Peabody, a top producing accomplished Realtor, introduced him to the business. Matthew spent hours and hours with her as she built and grew her real estate career. While he worked on homework in her real estate office, she phoned clients, negotiated deals and solved problems. She was always his mentor on many levels, but none more important than teaching him the ins and outs of the business.

Through middle & high school, Matthew worked as his grandmothers assistant, learned the MLS system, helped develop marketing strategies and realized that real estate was in his blood and set his sights on beginning his own real estate career. Now licensed in for 13+ years, Matthew and his team have joined the elite Coldwell Banker Realty brokerage specializing in Listing/Selling Residential and Commercial Property, Home Buyers, New Construction, Investment Properties & Rentals.

At his former brokerage, LAER Realty, he served on the corporate level as the company's Social Media Marketing & Branding Director for 5 years helping grow the LAER brand & business throughout New England. In 2018 he was the Office Manager for the LAER Luxury offices located in Wellesley & Winchester, MA with a successful group of over 45 agents. From 2019-2020, Matthew was the Operations Manager of a top performing LAER Partnership Office, iBremis Realty, inc. in Somerville & was the Co-Team Leader of The iBremis Team closing $30M $50M in sales annually. Over the past 3 years Matthew was highly involved with organizing the the events for LAER and created the LAER Young Professionals Network (YPN.) He has also served on the Northeast Association of REALTORS Young Professionals (YPN) Committee for the past 4+ years, helping give back to the community, educating agents & organizing events.

Matthew is the recipient of several Marketing Excellence Awards including #1 in Marketing out of all 450+ Agents at LAER Realty Partners in 2014 and #1 Innovator in Marketing Award out of all REALTORS from all brokerages in the Northeast Association of REALTORS 2017. In 2019, as Operation Manager & Co-Team Leader of The iBremis Team, Matthew was deemed Diamond Level Award status which is the highest production level award given at LAER Realty Partners. These marketing strategies have allowed him to be featured on TV, Radio & Print including The Sun News, Creating Genius Magazine, WBNW Radio & more.
