About Garrett

Garrett is an experienced Realtor and the Team Leader of his group. He has been helping people buy and sell homes since 2014 and works with all types of properties, including resale homes, luxury estates, new construction, and condos. He serves Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and surrounding areas, making the home buying and selling process as smooth as possible.

Garrett works alongside his partner, Tucker, where together they have helped many members of the LGBTQ+ community, including allies, achieve their real estate goals. Whether assisting first-time buyers, helping with out-of-state relocations, or guiding sellers through the listing process, Garrett ensures his clients have the right tools and knowledge to make confident decisions. He provides valuable resources like relocation guides, first-time homebuyer tips, and connections to trusted vendors for home repairs, design updates, and other services to make settling in easier.

With a background in marketing, Garrett uses innovative strategies to help sellers attract the right buyers while also giving buyers access to homes that fit their needs, sometimes before they even hit the market. He stays on top of market trends and mortgage updates to keep clients informed throughout the process.

Garrett consistently ranks in the top 20% of agents in his office and across Arizona and Nevada, but what matters most to him is providing a 5-star experience. He values long-term relationships with his clients and stays in touch well beyond closing, ensuring they always have a trusted real estate resource.

Outside of real estate, Garrett enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, hiking, and spending time by the lake.
