About Leila

Originally hailing from upstate New York on the sister Great Lake of Lake Ontario. I crafted a boat and sailed until I could go no further. I joke, I joke.

In reality, the previous decade of my life had been a wonderful series of friends, food, traveling, skiing, hiking, camping and working seasonal jobs. During that time, while in Alaska, I met, and fell in love with a person from Minnesota. Classic, I know. As their siblings started to have children, it was apparent they wanted to move home. Thus, I landed in beautiful Duluth!

Fast forward, we own a beautiful, ancient, home on Hillside in Duluth and I've been practicing real estate for four years! I am licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Before practicing real estate in the mid-west, I was licensed in Montana. In addition I have a BSBA in Business with an emphasis in sustainability, I have served as the chair of the DEI committee of our local REALTOR chapter and now reside as a member. I also serve on the board of the non-profit in town the Green New Deal Housing.

Going forward, I want to continue to help others buy and sell their homes with the utmost integrity and personal care. I want to stay committed to what I think is right in the world, help my community, and make a conscious effort to leave the world a tiny bit better than I found it. My specialties are in residential real estate, first time home ownership, and real estate investments. I feel very concerned for the future of human/bodily rights, so I would love to be a safe space and a resource in my area of expertise.

I love vintage homes, crazy investment ideas, sustainable community growth, custom building, and this new idea of climate migration or safe haven migration.
