About Mary

Being a native Cape Codder and often described by her friends as being very outgoing, real estate has been a natural fit. Mary spends time on each client as if they are her only client. It is her focus to the customers needs and understanding of the market which leaves her clients feeling they made the right choice and achieve the transaction at a fair price. It is this trust that clients and Mary often build a relationship spanning beyond the purchase or sale of a property. It is these relationships which help her business grow.

Mary has earned respect from her sources for researching the what-ifs of a property. Due to Marys attention to detail, she has been requested by her clients to represent them in their sale or purchase on the other end which at times has been in other states. She is licensed in the state of Massachusetts and is fortunate to know many agents in most destinations Cape Codders move to or from. She concentrates her business in the Upper to Mid Cape yet has represented clients from Millis to Provincetown.

Mary holds several designations after education which has elevated her knowledge in the fields such as Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) naming a few. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors and Martha's Vineyard Associaiton of Realtors
