I grew up in the Real Estate industry. Some of my earliest memories are going on showings with my Mom, or working on fixer-upper projects with my Dad. After I graduated from the University of Kentucky, I knew that I wanted to make real estate my career! I have been working as a Realtor since 2019 and have put my breadth of understanding of the Central Kentucky market to good use for home buyers and investors alike. I believe that honesty, communication, and education are the foundation of a great real estate transaction and I strive to provide the best service for every client.
I am a Lexington native and attended the University of Kentucky. I have been in and around the Central Kentucky area my entire life and have BIG love for this state and the heart of the bluegrass! There's nothing better than a spring afternoon at Keeneland, a fall tailgate cheering on the Cats, or visiting one of many favorite restaurants in and around the city! In addition to loving my hometown, I enjoy cooking, boating, and spending time with my favorite people and my dog.
My fianc, Sam, and I live with our dog, Axel, on the north side of Lexington!

Specialties:Wes is the best! He's helped me land a home from out of state and has been very communicative through the process. Will def work with again! Thanks GayRealEstate.com for connecting us!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Wesley on finding a second home for me to be closer to my dad. After reaching out, Wesley set up a quick video call and was great at listening to what our needs were and what our budget was and went to work! Working mostly remotely (thank you GayRealEstate.com for connecting us to a great agent) it was important to feel like I could trust whomever I was working with, and after talking with him I felt very much at ease, especially since he frequently works with people moving in from outside of the area. The whole process from finding a house, placing offers, getting inspections and negotiating with the sellers was super easy with Wesley's help. Everything about the process was easy and exceeded all my expectations.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars and I'm so glad I unexpectedly found Wesley on GayRealEstate.com, in the process of looking for housing. I just finished med school in Ohio and needed to relocate in a limited amount of time for residency but that didn't phase him at all. Always on top of everything and as a first-time home-buyer, that was such a relief. There are so many stressors involved when buying a home (I discovered) but Wesley generally proved to have a solution to most of them and always contributed in a positive way. He was patient, professional, friendly, and kind throughout the entire process. Seeing how highly he was rated on here made me nervous, as I thought he'd never have the time for a first-timer, but he got back to me so quickly and was so helpful. I can't guarantee you'll find exactly what you're looking for, but I can guarantee that you'll be in good hands with Wesley and GayRealEstate.com!
I was glad that I found the site because I found Wesley's listing and messaged him and he got right back to me. Wesley stayed right on top of the whole process, even providing me with a to do list to check off as we went through the process after we signed the contract with everything up to and including the closing. My purchase was vacant and I live 100 miles from the condo, but he arranged and met with all of the different inspectors and was always so helpful in trying to keep me from making unnecessary trips. My purchase was a little different because it was a condo in a high rise building and he had to deal with air rights and condo rules, but he was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the purchase. Very nice, polite and helpful young man. I would definitely recommend Wesley for your real estate needs in the Lexington area.
