Hi! Thanks for checking out this site. I am a realtor in Des Moines and have lived in Des Moines for over 30 years. I am very active in the community. My home is in Des Moines' Sherman Hill neighborhood. I love historic architecture, our neighborhood, the people, and the proximity to downtown. One of my passions is saving and restoring historic homes. Over the years I've bought and sold multiple homes, so I initially gained experience in real estate through that process.

I volunteer on Des Moines' Historic Preservation Commission and with Capital City Pride. I also help homeless and refugee families through the Homeless Assistance Team, support my Sherman Hill neighborhood, am a member of Plymouth Church, and sing in Des Moines Gay Men's Chorus. I'm connected in many ways to people and organizations in the community. I know what's going on in Des Moines. If home ownership brings you pride, then we need to talk.
