An Idaho native, Ed spent time after college in the hospitality industry in Seattle, Washington and Los Angeles, California specializing in hotel management, catering and restaurant management. He returned to his hometown of McCall and managed the Shore Lodge before moving to Boise in 1994. Before obtaining his real estate license, Ed worked for an electrical contractor and now puts these years of experience building and remodeling homes to work.
Today, Ed is a licensed realtor in Idaho (the Intermountain MLS). He takes pride in helping others with their real estate needs including first time home buyers, relocation, rightsizing buyers and sellers, investment, new construction, and remodeling. He especially enjoys helping members of the LGBTQ community and addressing the unique housing needs and concerns of his LGBTQ clients. No two clients are alike. You may require a home with ample square footage, two master suites and minimal yard work. Or you may want a cozy bungalow in Boise's progressive North End. We work hard not to pigeon-hole our clients. Rather, he takes the time to listen and try to understand your individual needs.
Ed has built and remodeled several homes throughout his career and most recently completed an entire house remodel, which included solar. He has a passion for solar and green communities and is a NAR (National Association of Realtors) Green designee. As such, Ed is your go-to guy t if you want to learn how to cut down on your carbon footprint. He is also a certified probate real estate specialist (CPRES).
Ed can meet all your real estate needs whether youre looking to buy or sell in Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Meridian, Kuna, Melba or Mountain Home.
