About Nick

I am originally from Kenosha, Wisconsin and have had real estate in my blood ever since I was a little boy. My father owned a brokerage company, and I got my first exposure to the real estate world through that lens. I went off to high school in Wisconsin, excelled in the performing arts and was accepted into the University of Cincinnati College - Conservatory of Music's prestigious Musical Theatre department, obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Musical Theatre.

Upon graduation, I traveled the country in national tours, cruise ships and regional theater productions including the Broadway National Tour of Disneys Beauty and the Beast. I moved to Orlando in June 2012, by way of a job as an Equity Dancer in Beauty and the Beast at Hollywood Studios in Disney World for eight years.

Always having a love for real estate, I quickly got into the market and started acquiring properties in 2014. I bought my first house, converted it into a short-term vacation rental property and soon saw the benefits of investing in real estate.

Outside of real estate, I am deeply enthusiastic about theater, primarily because it is all about the human connection. Theater tells us a story and reels us in to the dynamics of the characters and their relationships. Theater has undoubtedly shaped my service in how I interact and connect with the people I work with. I enjoy all aspects of the performing arts, fixing eyebrows, traveling and reality TV. I love dogs and focus strongly on all aspects surrounding the investment industry. I have the worlds most incredible husband, Norm and thoroughly enjoy spending time with him and our two dogs, Nina, and Newton.
