I've been passionate about real estate since purchasing my first home at age 29. I'm current living in my third personal home with my partner of nearly 13 years. We're property investors together, and we've sourced, analyzed, purchased, sold, managed, budgeted and shown significant profit on multiple single-family rental properties. That's experience you can benefit from whether you are buying a primary residence or considering investments. I've also learned first-hand what separates good real estate agents from great ones and apply those lessons to my own business.

I will ask you many questions to identify what your needs and wants (yeah, those are two very different lists) are in your next home or investment and will search for suitable properties using tools only a REALTOR such as myself has access to. Just as important, you will receive timely communication and follow-through on commitments - two key qualities you should expect from a great agent with full-service brokerage. As the most experienced Licensed Broker Associate at the brokerage where I work, I serve all of Florida but specialize in Orange, Seminole, Lake, and Sumter counties. I not only help buyers and sellers find their dream home or maximize profit of a sale, but I offer a full range of services including interior/exterior home rejuvenation for sellers, investment and commercial buyer/seller representation, property management for single-family / multifamily / commercial investors, tenant screening, and in-house maintenance (saving investors money).
