About Samantha

I am a native of Colorado. I was born in Ft. Collins, lived in Idaho & Wyoming; then graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Business and an emphasis in marketing in 1991. I received my real estate license in 1992 and have been selling real estate full time ever since. My mentor was my step-mother who was in real estate for 32 years before she recently retired. I am married to a local firefighter & have 2 high school boys. I pretty much love to do anything outdoors. Dirt biking, skiing, mountain biking, tennis, hiking with my rescue dog, Jolie! I also volunteer at the Buddy Center in Castle Rock. A local animal shelter. I love it!

I specialize in land, mountain homes, new construction and resale homes in the entire Denver metro area. I have 6 rental properties of my own, so I can help guide you through that process as well. I have built one home with my husband in 2000 and we are getting ready to build another one next year.
