Twenty-three years ago, my husband and I moved from New York City to Los Angeles. In addition to our three married children, my home, family and a secure future are all very important to me.

My father and grandfather were independent real estate brokers who taught me that buying or selling a home has the potential to be a joyous experience for all parties involved - including the Realtor.
