About Alicia

I specialize in residential real estate in Fresno, Clovis and the surrounding areas of the Central Valley. I was born here and grew up in Fresno/Clovis and my lifetime knowledge about the area greatly helps my clients with their real estate needs.

Prior to my real estate career, I was in the veterinary profession where I was a Supervisor Veterinary Technician (that is, an animal nurse) where I developed skills to smoothly pivot during quickly changing moments with patients and their families that were many times emotional and stressful and to help bring level headed calmness and support to them.

In addition to those skills, I bring real estate experience, knowledge and a relationship based approach to helping my clients to successfully accomplish their goals and dreams in buying, selling, and investing in their homes and real estate properties. My clients best interests are always put first by helping them at the highest level with staying on top of the current market conditions, having knowledge and understanding of real estate contracts, disclosures and advisories that are involved in real estate sales, negotiating for the best terms on their behalf, and effectively and timely communicating with my clients throughout the buying and selling process.

My goal is to create a relationship with my clients for life. I do not see my clients as transactions, rather for the people they are, and I am here to help my clients with their related real estate needs before, during and after the active selling process is complete. (I have trusted referral partners for loan officers, inspectors, house cleaners, painters, landscapers, insurance agents, movers and more!)

Even though real estate is a serious business and you need an experienced and knowledgeable Realtor to help you look out for your best interests, I also believe in making it a fun experience whenever appropriate and possible as well. Being considerate and thoughtful to my clients needs and building valuable trust has helped my business become heavily referral based.
