My passion of home ownership began at the age of 22. I realized the American
Dream purchasing my 1st condo in the suburbs of Chicago, Ill. Over the course of my
career I have helped many new friends realize their dreams of buying and selling their
dream home. I draw from my experience of purchasing and renovating personal and
investment properties. I continue to manage both long and short-term rental properties.

My business is largely based on referrals from satisfied clients. My guiding principle is to
provide excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals and
repeat business. Licensed in both Arizona and Alaska, I have sold homes in all price
ranges from starter homes to high dollar estate properties. Clients appreciate my
flexibility, patience and ability to listen to their needs. My low-pressure sales,
negotiation, analytic skills and ability to accurately price and market a home, bring the
sale HOME.

My husband and I have lived in the Pacific Northwest nearly 15 years. We moved to the
great state of Alaska like many new residents; relocation for career. As avid lovers of
the outdoors, we are continually awed by all that Alaska has to offer. Let me and my
