The Best Neighborhoods in Chula Vista

Unlike some larger cities, Chula Vista doesn’t have one specific “gayborhood,” or area where most of the LGBTQ population lives. Chula Vista also has a rich architectural heritage that includes Spanish-style tile and stucco buildings, Victorian orchard houses, and Craftsman bungalows, so there will be a variety of beautiful homes and styles to choose from. The median list price of homes currently for sale in Chula Vista is around $725,000.
