FHFA: Local Laws to Blame for Slow Foreclosures
OtherFederal Housing Finance Agency general counsel Alfred Pollard warned that state and local laws meant to aid home owners at risk of foreclosure actually delay the process, hurting the housing finance system and neighborhoods.
