Thomas is a global entrepreneur providing stellar real estate expertise. He brings to Allen & Hartzell a wealth of knowledge of the industry and can assist with a variety of residential, commercial, and land development transactions.

Born in Medina and reared in Homerville, Thomas attended Oberlin College and The University of Michigan. He has worked in international banking, as an economic policy analyst, and as a publisher for major global publishing companies.

He has held a real estate license since 1997 (15 years) and has negotiated countless successful transactions in Ohio. He has also been involved in his own real estate investment transactions in Ohio, New Jersey and England.

Currently based in Medina, Thomas is involved in the Medina County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Medina County, and is the founder of Ohio Regional Music Arts and Cultural Outreach (ORMACO), a non-profit that makes music, arts and culture accessible for all, with a focus on minority, disadvantaged and rural populations.

When not working, Thomas enjoys traveling, cycling, hiking, canoeing, swimming, and attending musical events.
