I was born here in Coachella Valley and stayed until college. I know the cities and neighborhoods very well. My partner of 25 years – Joe and I moved back here 11 years ago to flip houses which we still do. I am also a fine art photographer of the male nude. I have 3 books out and do a yearly calendar and have won international awards. Joe and I initially got into that to create the AIDS Benefit Calendar during the height of the epidemic – raising over $450,000 for direct care AIDS agencies. I truly believe in service to others – you get back what you give.
