2. Hoboken, N.J.
Single population: 59.9%
Median family income: $140,780

3. Brookline, Mass.
Single population: 41.8%
Median family income: $139,756

4. Arlington, Va.
Single population: 41.5%
Median family income: $132,580

5. Redondo Beach, Calif.
Single population: 33.6%
Median family income: $118,525

6. Irvine, Calif.
Single population: 32.5%
Median family income: $116,232

7. Sandy Springs, Ga.
Single population: 35.3%
Median family income: $113,929
